We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it under our money-back guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations may not be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, please email us at support@lumaled.store with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with any other issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.
